Is Shopping on the Internet safe?

How are orders shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.  Ground orders will arrive in 7-15 business days (after the item ships) depending on your location.

What if I did not receive a confirmation order email?

Sometimes, email we send you may end up in your SPAM folder. Check your Junk Mail or SPAM folder for the email. If you find it, make sure to mark it "NOT Spam."

Who sees my personal information? (Privacy Policy)

When you place an order with us, your personal information is secured and transmitted directly to us. We use this information to send the goods ordered, do not record any credit card.

Can you ship to my hotel or motel?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to hotels, motels, or resorts where you may be staying on business or vacation.
